This press with it's unique features has been designed primarily
to increase the productivity of those manufacturers involved
in the plastic thermo forming and die cutting industry, however,
the press can be adapted for a variety of standard uses.
It has a simple front mounted control panel allowing single,
continuous, jog and dwell functions, together with tonnage adjustment,
dwell time control and two-hand anti-tie down safety switches.
The Hydra Press has a capacity from 4 to 30 Ton, Platen size
is 36"X48". The center platen can be equipped with
a quick change Steel Rule Punch registration system, while the
bottom Platen is equipped with a Kiss Plate which is adjustable
front to back and left to right.
Minimum and Maximum shut hieght is 2" and 12" respectively,
approximate no load speed is 380" per minute, retractable
no load speed is 240" per minute, maximum speed at maximum
pressure is 1" per second.
Cycle time choices are continuous, single and dwell (used in
foam and plastic forming applications) other control options
are available on request.
Additional Options include:
* Pull true material feeding and automatic gauging systems.
* Special tooling plates.
* Air activated under bolster knock our rams.
* Slug or scrap exit conveyors.
* Requested safety devices and controls.
