Gang Busters are designed to punch a line of holes, create multiple holes in a single stamp, or form structural shapes in aluminum extrusions for windows and doors, all with one press stroke.

The hole locations, sizes, and shape orientations are set during the setup and remain fixed, though adjustments can be made for custom tools.

Our machines are capable of creating countersinks, keyholes, corner radii, as well as trim and part tooling. We ensure deformation-free holes in tubing, including mandrel and dimpling holes, across round, square, and rectangular tubing or pipes.
