The "Punch & Pilot" Advantage

In traditional railing assembly, small measurement errors (even 1/32") can compound over a long run, leading to "progressive error" where the last picket is noticeably off-center. Our specialized Pilot Tooling locks into the previously punched hole before the next hit is made. This mechanical indexing ensures that the spacing is mathematically perfect from the first picket to the last, eliminating the need for manual layout and re-measuring.
