HAAS VF-4 CNC Mill

The VF-4 from Haas is a vertical machining center mill that we use here at Punch Tools.

A Milling Machine uses cylindrical cutting tools (such as drills and end mills) to remove materials to make a finished part.

This model features a travel of XYZ: 50" x 20" x 25" (127cm x 50.8cm x 63.5cm), standard 40-taper tooling, a 30 horse power vector drive (22.4 kW), 81,000 rpm, inline direct drive, 20-station carousel tool changer, 1000 ipm rapids (25.4 m/min), power-failure detection, a 1 GB program memory, a 15” colour LCD monitor and USB port, memory lock keyswitch, rigid tapping with a 55-gallon (208 liter) flood coolant system and a table load of 3500 lbs (8890 Kg).
