The Punch Tools Engineering and Design team have helped design a number of different medical aluminum parts in the past. Their extensive experience in implementing simple cost effective solutions will quickly move an idea to manufacturing.

Here, the production team will take over the manufacturing stage. Benefiting from our tried and tested Process Control Plan (PCP), components being stamped, deburred and specially packaged will ship out under watchful care and attention — ready for awaiting patients.

Aluminum products, like hinges and stays, are unforgiving to manufacturing defects; each must meet exact specifications or could later cause substantial injury.
