Our Heat Treat Oven can attain temperatures of up to 2250° F. At those temperatures, the metal rests at just before its melting point. This process reconfigures the molecular alignment of a metal substance, giving it increased hardness and tensile strength.

The magic of tool steel is that it can be hardened though heat treating to use in cutting and forming other metals. For your added convience, our in-house process allows us to keep timelines short.
