Punch Tools embossing
Metal embossing forms raised 3D text, logos, and patterns by pressing sheet metal between precision-machined male and female dies. Unlike engraving, embossing displaces the material instead of removing it, creating permanent texture, depth, and enhanced visual appeal. Our custom embossing tools are designed for aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, and other sheet metals.

Cost-effective solution for producing high-volume light gauge metal components. The rotary setup gives an immediate look at how continuous sheet metal is formed between mating dies.
Deep, permanent 3D embossing on a stainless steel panel. Features raised, high-legibility lettering formed cleanly without stress-cracking the surrounding material.

The reverse side shows how the material is completely formed rather than cut away. The cleanly recessed, mirrored profile demonstrates the structural difference between embossing and standard engraving.
